So - what happens when you are unable to use the cards that you ordered?

If they do not, simply send us an email explaining the issue, and we will either refund or replace your order with other cards - your choice. Orders over $30 in total will be sent fast via USPS with tracking. Orders less than $30 may ship first class postage. Depending on when you order, shipment will either be on the same day or the next business day. Orders can only be shipped to the address associated with your payment information. If you need to ship to an alternate address, make sure you correct your address before placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address after your payment.

Points of Consideration
1. Always let the server know you will be using the voucher before you order. Important!
2. Never go in with a group where everyone is trying to use a voucher. No more than one card
should be used per visit whether you are by yourself or in a group.
3. If possible, order other items. Patronize the busines. The card will still work even if you chose not to but when possible be supportive and appreciative to the business.
4. The card will be declared invalid if you say you bought it i say whatever you feel comfortable
with - i.e., it came to me in the mail (which is true & no need to elaborate), or say it was a
gift. (the cards are actually not for sell. Any payment is for our time & service to locate and send them to you)
5. If you ordered a large quantity be considerate of the restaurant and try to use them at different locations and
not saturate one location too frequently.
6. The vouchers are accepted at 95% of the locations nationwide, and you should not normally encounter
any problems however, if you encounter a restaurant where the cards are not accepted, just as per normal and
keep the card to use later at another location.
